We work with second tier/infrastructure organisations looking to create a collective voice, build capacity, and/or advocate for smaller charities.
Organisations we have worked with include:
Cross sector connectors
We work with organisations who deliver change through connecting the public, private and voluntary sectors. This has included organisations working with corporate partners to enable skills based volunteering, and those working with academic partners to ensure health research informs policy and practice. Projects for Vocal and Diabetes UK, for example, involved developing a collective framework across their research, service delivery and patient and public involvement and engagement (PPIE) strands – mindful of the different approaches to evaluation and how the different specialisms think about and measure success.
Membership organisations
As fundraisers/distributors of funding and/or capacity building support, much of our work with membership organisations has involved co-developing with their members, a collective impact/evaluation strategy that is mindful of the different contexts in which they are operating.
I would highly recommend Cornish and Grey. They tailored the evaluation support that they provided according to different organisational needs and were always communicative with keeping us up to date with progress. Thanks for all your help.
